Instructions
- Pound the pork chops to ¼ inch thickness.
- Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs and milk seasoned with salt and pepper, and the last with panko.
- Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with panko, shaking off excess.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the pork chops in batches for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy, adding more oil as needed.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
