Paleo Cinnamon Spiced Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, roughly chop the raw almonds, pecans, and cashews, then transfer them to a mixing bowl.
- Add the pepitas and coconut flakes to the bowl and mix well.
- In the bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon, mixing until the nuts are well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and sprinkle a dash of sea salt on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then rotate the pan and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before breaking it into granola pieces and store in an airtight container.
