Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet on medium heat and cook the ground beef for 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
- 2. Drain excess fat and add Worcestershire sauce, onions, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are fragrant.
- 3. Add tomato paste, shells pasta, broth, and additional Italian seasoning, ensuring noodles are submerged.
- 4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes until noodles soften, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Once shells are soft, stir in grated cheddar cheese and spinach until cheese melts and spinach wilts.
- 6. Remove from heat, let cool for 5-10 minutes, then stir in Greek yogurt.
