  • 6 oz shells pasta
  • 3 cups broth
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • cups plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a skillet on medium heat and cook the ground beef for 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
  2. 2. Drain excess fat and add Worcestershire sauce, onions, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are fragrant.
  3. 3. Add tomato paste, shells pasta, broth, and additional Italian seasoning, ensuring noodles are submerged.
  4. 4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes until noodles soften, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Once shells are soft, stir in grated cheddar cheese and spinach until cheese melts and spinach wilts.
  6. 6. Remove from heat, let cool for 5-10 minutes, then stir in Greek yogurt.
