Instructions
- Remove the yolks from the hard boiled eggs and place them in a bowl.
- Scoop the avocado into the bowl after removing the pit.
- Add dijon mustard, lime juice, paprika, salt, and pepper, then mash together with a fork.
- Fill the egg halves with the mixture, top with chopped dried cranberries, and sprinkle additional paprika if desired.
