Avocado Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

The eggs

  • 6 pieces eggs, hard boiled, halved

The filling

  • 1 large or 2 small avocados
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries, chopped
  • ΒΌ tsp paprika
  • to taste salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the yolks from the hard boiled eggs and place them in a bowl.
  2. Scoop the avocado into the bowl after removing the pit.
  3. Add dijon mustard, lime juice, paprika, salt, and pepper, then mash together with a fork.
  4. Fill the egg halves with the mixture, top with chopped dried cranberries, and sprinkle additional paprika if desired.
