Avocado Deviled Eggs with Bacon

Instructions
- Cut each peeled hard-cooked egg in half.
- In a food processor, combine the yolks from 12 egg halves, avocado, 2 pieces of crumbled bacon, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper; process until smooth.
- Using a piping bag or spoon, fill the egg white halves with the mixture.
- Break the remaining piece of bacon into small pieces and place one on each egg half as a garnish. Optionally, sprinkle with paprika or additional herbs.
