Instructions
- Slice each hard-boiled egg in half horizontally and place the halves on a plate.
- Scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl, being careful not to tear the whites.
- Mash the yolks and mix in dijon mustard, vinegar, mayonnaise, softened butter, and salt.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Transfer the yolk mixture to a piping bag and pipe it into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika and top with crispy bacon pieces.
- Serve immediately.
