Deviled Eggs With Bacon

Ingredients

The filling

  • 6 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder
  • tsp Sea salt

The toppings

  • 4 slices Cooked bacon (finely chopped)
  • to taste none Smoked paprika (optional)
  • to taste none Fresh chives (optional, chopped)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs and cool them in ice water before peeling.
  2. Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks into a bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks and mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and sea salt until smooth.
  4. Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Top with chopped bacon, a sprinkle of smoked paprika, and fresh chives.
