Instructions
- Boil the eggs and place them in ice water for 10 minutes to cool, then peel.
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a bowl, then mash them.
- Mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and sea salt into the mashed yolks.
- Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves and sprinkle with smoked paprika and fresh chives.
