Ingredients

The eggs

  • 6 large Eggs

The filling

  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder
  • tsp Sea salt

Optional toppings

  • Smoked paprika
  • Fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs and place them in ice water for 10 minutes to cool, then peel.
  2. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a bowl, then mash them.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and sea salt into the mashed yolks.
  4. Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves and sprinkle with smoked paprika and fresh chives.
