Classic Deviled Eggs

Instructions
- 1. Place cold eggs in a saucepot and cover with water by one inch.
- 2. Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil over high heat.
- 3. Once boiling, turn off the heat and leave the pot covered for about 12 minutes.
- 4. Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and chill for about 5 minutes.
- 5. Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
- 6. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl, then add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, seasoning salt, and dill relish.
- 7. Mash the yolk mixture until well combined.
- 8. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- 9. Garnish with your favorite toppings and serve.
