Instructions
- Steam the eggs for 12 minutes, then transfer them to an ice bath.
- Peel and halve the eggs, placing the yolks in a bowl and the whites on a plate in the fridge.
- Mash the yolks with a fork, then mix in mayonnaise, mustard, and pickle juice, adjusting to taste.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle with reserved chives and paprika before serving.
