Guacamole Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

The eggs and filling

  • 6 large hard boiled eggs
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

For garnish

  • chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the yolks and avocados together.
  3. Stir in the cilantro, chives, lime juice, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Scoop the filling into the egg whites using a tablespoon ice cream scoop.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Sprinkle with chili powder before serving.
