Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Egg whites
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Veggies of choice
  • 12 slices Turkey breast
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. Grease a muffin tin with oil or butter.
  2. Fold turkey slices and place them inside the muffin tin.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together egg whites, salt, pepper, and cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the muffin tins and add veggies on top.
  6. Sprinkle with more cheese if desired and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Let cool and enjoy.
