Crumb Topping

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a 9-inch pie pan.
- Mix the crust ingredients and either roll out the dough or press it into the pie dish.
- Combine the filling ingredients and place them in the unbaked pie crust.
- Prepare the crumb topping by mixing its ingredients, then add the coconut oil and combine until crumbly.
- Spread the crumb topping over the apple filling, pressing it down slightly.
- Bake the pie for 15 minutes at 425°F, then cover with foil and reduce the temperature to 350°F for another 45-55 minutes.
- Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack for about 3 hours before slicing.
