Ingredients

  • ½ lb Raw 99% Lean Ground Turkey Breast
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • teaspoon Ground Sage
  • teaspoon Ground Thyme
  • teaspoon Dried Marjoram
  • teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 cup Torn Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 8 large Eggs
  • cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original almondmilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and mist a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, sage, thyme, marjoram, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray over medium heat, add the turkey mixture, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, then set aside.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, remaining salt, black pepper, and almondmilk.
  6. Divide the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups, followed by the turkey and spinach mixture.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until puffy and golden, then cool for 8-10 minutes before removing from the tin.
