Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and mist a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, sage, thyme, marjoram, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Heat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray over medium heat, add the turkey mixture, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, then set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, remaining salt, black pepper, and almondmilk.
- Divide the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups, followed by the turkey and spinach mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes until puffy and golden, then cool for 8-10 minutes before removing from the tin.
