Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey with ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, sage, thyme, marjoram, and crushed red pepper.
- Cook the seasoned turkey in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until cooked through, breaking it into bite-sized pieces.
- Add chopped apples to the turkey and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, remaining salt, pepper, and shredded cheddar.
- Combine the cooked turkey and apples with the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook on medium heat until the edges start to set, about 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes until the center is set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice into 6 pieces and serve.
