Instructions
- Cook the sausage, shred the cheese, and chop the vegetables.
- Mix the eggs with a little bit of skim milk.
- Spray an 8-inch skillet with cooking spray and pour in the egg mixture.
- Add the vegetables and sausage, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until almost done.
- Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 425°F and cook until set.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle cheese on top, and return until melted.
- Cut the frittata into wedges and serve hot.
