Italian Sausage Frittata

feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs, egg whites, milk, salt, and Tabasco sauce; set aside.
- In a 9" oven-safe skillet, cook the sausage and then drain it on a paper towel.
- Return the pan to heat and add olive oil; sauté the kale, green onions, and garlic until the kale is wilted.
- Add the chopped pepper or tomatoes and cook until tender.
- Turn the oven broiler to high.
- Sprinkle the cooked sausage over the veggies, then add feta cheese and pour the egg mixture on top.
- Cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes without stirring, then place in the oven for 2-3 minutes until set and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let it stand for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
