Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes into quarters.
- In a bowl, combine the potatoes with garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil, and toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 2 minutes.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, then toss the potatoes and continue to cook for another 8-10 minutes until tender and browned.
- Let the potatoes cool slightly before serving.
