Ingredients

The potatoes

  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered, or Yukon Gold potatoes cut into ¾-inch pieces

The seasoning

  • tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • for garnish chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

  3. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
