Ingredients

The potatoes

  • 1 pound yukon gold potatoes

The seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360ºF.
  2. Cut the potatoes into 1- or 2-inch chunks, keeping them similarly sized.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato chunks with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
  4. Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes at 360ºF.
  6. Remove any smaller pieces that might be done, shake the basket, and return the remaining potatoes to cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Check if the potatoes are golden and tender, then serve warm.
