Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380ºF and drizzle 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil in the air fryer.
- In a large bowl, drizzle the baby red potatoes with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, rosemary, paprika, and chili powder. Massage the oil and seasonings into the potatoes.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Shake the basket and continue cooking for an additional 5-6 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through and crispy.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and serve with your choice of dipping sauces.
