Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Instructions
- Scrub and dry the potatoes, then pierce them several times with a fork or knife.
- Rub the potato skins with olive oil and season with salt.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and set to cook at 400ºF for 45 minutes.
- Check if the potatoes are fork tender or reach an internal temperature of at least 207ºF.
- If not done, return the basket and air fry for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, cut open, fluff with a fork, and add desired toppings.
