Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Poke holes in each potato with a fork.
- Rub each potato with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer and bake for about 40 minutes, turning them after 20 minutes for even cooking.
- Once tender, make an 'X' on top of each potato, press the sides to open, fluff the inside with a fork, and serve with your favorite toppings.
