Instructions
- 1. Scrub and pat dry the potatoes.
- 2. Poke holes in the potatoes with a fork and rub melted butter over them, then season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 minutes, flip them, and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until crispy.
