Instructions

- Prick the potatoes all over with a knife or fork.
- Drizzle the potatoes with oil and rub it in, or brush the oil on. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring space between them.
- Bake the potatoes in the air fryer for 35-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until fork-tender.
- Remove the potatoes, let them cool slightly, slice lengthwise, fluff with a fork, and top with butter.
