Instructions
- Make a marinade with steak, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and corn starch; refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan, add steak, and cook until golden brown; remove and keep warm.
- Add remaining oil, then cook onions and carrots until soft.
- Add garlic and season with salt and pepper, then remove and keep warm.
- Scramble the eggs in the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add rice, steak, vegetables, peas, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the pan; mix until combined and warmed through.
- Top with green onions and serve immediately.
