Instructions
- Combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda in a food processor.
- Pulse in honey, egg, and orange zest until mixed.
- Briefly pulse in poppy seeds.
- Roll out the dough to ½-inch thickness between two pieces of parchment paper.
- Chill the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes from the dough.
- Transfer the shapes to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 12-17 minutes.
- Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
