Instructions
- Combine the almond flour, salt, baking soda, cranberries, chocolate chips, and orange zest in a large bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the egg and honey.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Knead the dough by hand to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
- Form the dough into two circles, each ½-inch thick.
- Cut each circle into 8 slices, like a pizza.
- Transfer the slices to a parchment-lined baking sheet using a metal spatula.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
