Cranberry-Orange Snow Scones

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pulse cranberries in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, and orange zest.
- Cut cold butter into cubes and mix into dry ingredients until pea-sized lumps form.
- Add buttermilk and cranberries, mixing gently until the dough holds together.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and pat into a rectangle about 1½ inches thick.
- Cut the dough into circles or triangles and transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until lightly browned, then let cool briefly before serving.
