Cranberry Walnut Scones

The scone mixture

Instructions
- 1. In a food processor, pulse together almond flour and baking soda.
- 2. Add the egg, coconut sugar, and orange zest, and pulse until combined.
- 3. Stir in the cranberries and walnuts by hand.
- 4. Transfer the dough to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and form it into a large circle, 1-1½ inches thick.
- 5. Cut the dough into 8 slices like a pizza.
- 6. Move the slices apart using a metal baking spatula, leaving 2 inches between them.
- 7. Bake at 350°F for 12-16 minutes until the edges are browned.
- 8. Serve warm.
