Crispy Shrimp Burgers

Instructions
- Chop ¼ of the shrimp finely and set aside.
- In a food processor, blend the remaining shrimp with chili, garlic powder, old bay seasoning, green onions, and parsley until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the chopped shrimp, egg white, and cornflour, and mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into four patties and coat them with panko bread crumbs.
- Refrigerate the patties for 30 minutes if desired.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
