Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry and chop half into small pieces, while finely dicing the other half.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, spices, breadcrumbs, and egg, mixing gently.
- Use wet hands to form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Cook the shrimp burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and let rest before serving on buns with toppings.
