Old Bay Shrimp

Ingredients

The shrimp

  • 1 pound shrimp, either shell-on or peeled with tail on

The marinade

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning

For serving

  • ΒΌ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon for serving

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the shrimp with paper towels.
  2. Toss the shrimp with olive oil and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers and set aside.
  4. Heat the grill pan over high heat.
  5. Lay each skewer on the pan and grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side, until the shrimp turn pink.
  6. Dish out the shrimp, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, and serve immediately with fresh lemon juice squeezed on top.
