Instructions
- Microwave the undrained chickpeas and garlic for 4-5 minutes or simmer in a saucepan.
- Blend the green onion, basil, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, and water until smooth.
- Drain the chickpeas and garlic, then add to the blender with tahini and salt.
- Blend until creamy, adding more water or oil as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasonings with more lemon juice, olive oil, or salt as desired.
- Serve garnished with chili oil and enjoy with veggies, crackers, or flatbread.
