Green Goddess Hummus

The herbs

Instructions
- Combine tahini and lemon juice in a food processor and process for about 1½ minutes.
- Add olive oil, parsley, tarragon, chives, garlic, and salt to the mixture and process for about 1 minute.
- Add half of the chickpeas and process for 1 minute, then add the remaining chickpeas and process until smooth.
- If the hummus is too thick, drizzle in water while processing until the desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer hummus to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with additional herbs.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
