Green Goddess Tahini Dip

Instructions
- Combine garlic and lemon juice in a bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a food processor, discarding the garlic solids.
- Add tahini, herbs, salt, and cumin to the food processor and blend until smooth.
- While blending, drizzle in ice-cold water, 2 tablespoons at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
