Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, gingerbread spices, and salt.
- Add the applesauce, eggs (or flax eggs), maple syrup, molasses, and vanilla to the dry ingredients.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top if desired, allowing them to melt.
