Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with papers.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, orange zest, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the orange juice, almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just blended, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling them generously, and sprinkle with a pinch of sugar.
- Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, until the tops spring back when touched.
