The Pasta Salad

thin spaghetti

grape tomatoes

hot house cucumber

green bell pepper

red bell pepper

sliced black olives
Instructions
- Mix the salad dressing ingredients in a small bowl or jar and let them blend while preparing the salad.
- Boil water with salt, add spaghetti, and cook according to package directions, about 9 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine zucchini, tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, onion, and black olives. Add the rinsed pasta and drizzle with dressing to taste.
- Toss everything together, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
