Instructions
- Prepare the pork shoulder by applying the spice rub generously.
- Sear the pork shoulder in the Instant Pot using olive oil until browned on all sides.
- Add green chilis and water to the pot, then seal and set to high pressure for 90 minutes.
- Once cooked, quick release the pressure and shred the pork using two forks.
- Mix in lime juice and serve or broil for extra crispiness.
