The Marinade

The Tofu

olive oil

extra-firm tofu
Instructions
- Combine the marinade ingredients in a food processor and pulse until chunky and mixed.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook the pressed tofu until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
- Chop or pulse the tofu into ¼ inch pieces and mix with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, add the marinated tofu and some water, bring to a boil, then simmer until heated through, about 10 minutes.
