Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about ⅔ full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the muffins before removing them from the tin.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar, lemon juice, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled muffins and serve.
