Asian Salmon with Vegetables

Instructions
- Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, ginger, garlic, lime juice, and sesame oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes until it thickens, then remove the ginger pieces.
- Preheat the broiler and line a sheet pan with foil, spraying it with cooking spray.
- Place the salmon on one side of the pan, season with salt and pepper, and brush with the hoisin glaze.
- On the other side of the pan, spread the mixed vegetables in a single layer, season, and spray with cooking spray.
- Broil the salmon and vegetables for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, brush more glaze over the salmon, and drizzle over the vegetables, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, lime wedges, and green onions, and serve with steamed rice.
