Mexican Torta Sandwiches

hoagie rolls or any long crusty roll

Instructions
- Marinate the steak with taco seasoning for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and cook the steak for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice the rolls in half and spread mayonnaise on one side.
- On the other side of the rolls, add refried beans, salad vegetables, and avocado.
- Layer the seasoned steak and shredded cheese, then cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
