Instructions
- Season the sliced steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and garlic, and cook for a minute.
- Add the sliced steak and cook until no longer pink, then cover to keep warm.
- Clean the pan and heat it again, placing one tortilla down, followed by cheese and steak.
- Top with more cheese and another tortilla, cooking until the cheese melts and edges are crispy.
- Remove from heat, lift one tortilla, and add guacamole, diced tomatoes, parsley, and jalapenos.
