Instructions
- Tenderize the flank steak and season with salt.
- Thinly slice the bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
- Slice the flank steak into thin strips against the grain.
- Heat a skillet and add avocado oil, then cook the steak with fajita seasoning for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the steak and sauté onion and garlic in the drippings for 2 minutes.
- Add the sliced peppers and season with remaining fajita seasoning, sauté for 5-6 minutes.
- Add the steak back to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve the steak and veggies in tortillas with optional toppings.
