Steak Fajitas

Ingredients

The steak

  • 1 lb Skirt steak
  • 2 tbsp Fajita seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

The vegetables

  • 2 large Bell peppers
  • 1 medium Onion
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • Lime wedges optional for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak dry and season both sides with fajita seasoning.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet and sauté the bell peppers and onions until soft.
  3. Remove the veggies and add the remaining oil to the skillet.
  4. Sear the steak, flipping every 30-60 seconds until cooked to your liking.
  5. Let the steak rest, then slice it against the grain and combine it with the veggies.
  6. Serve with lime juice.
