Instructions
- Pat the steak dry and season both sides with fajita seasoning.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet and sauté the bell peppers and onions until soft.
- Remove the veggies and add the remaining oil to the skillet.
- Sear the steak, flipping every 30-60 seconds until cooked to your liking.
- Let the steak rest, then slice it against the grain and combine it with the veggies.
- Serve with lime juice.
