Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing all marinade ingredients in a bowl and marinate the steak for at least 4 hours, preferably 24 hours.
- Slice the onion and bell peppers into thin slices.
- Broil the steak for 4-6 minutes per side until desired doneness, then let it rest before slicing.
- Cook the vegetables in a skillet over medium-high heat until charred and tender.
- Serve the sliced steak and vegetables over warm tortillas with optional toppings.
