Ingredients

The burgers

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

The aioli

  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the grill to high.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine quinoa, ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, horseradish, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands.
