Quinoa Spinach Turkey Burgers with Goat Cheese

fresh spinach, chopped

crumbled goat cheese

coconut oil or avocado oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except goat cheese in a large bowl and mix well.
- Gently fold in the crumbled goat cheese.
- Shape the mixture into 8 patties.
- Heat 1½ tsp. of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook half of the patties for 4-5 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Repeat with the remaining oil and patties.
